As a self-proclaimed nail polish
enthusiast you will only very rarely see me with bare nails, especially not for
longer periods of time. Depending on how messy and chipped my nails have gotten
in the meantime, I tend to change my nail polish at least once a week. Luckily
and surprisingly, my natural nails are actually still quite healthy and intact
(thank goodness!).
The reason why I don’t regularly publish a ‘Nails
of the week’ post or something of that sort is that I don’t really feel like
every design/ colour I try out deserves its own entire blog post. As I’m quite
an annoying perfectionist, it’s admittedly rather hard to please me completely.
Anyway, I thought I’d show you a
compilation of three designs that I wore lately, compacted into this single
post!
Polishes used:
Main colour: wet’n’wild – Wet Cement
Copper crosses: Manhattan – Café Beauté
Silver cross: ciaté – fit for a queen
Polishes used:
Main colour: KIKO – 507 Blush
Mint accent: ciaté – pepperminty
Polishes used:
Left side: KIKO – 485 Pearly Coral
Rose
Right side: KIKO – 359 Light Peach
Copper stripe: Manhattan – Café Beauté
Top Coat: essie - good to go
Do you have a favourite amongst these three designs? I'd love to know! ☺
Very pretty and fun :D

Thank you! ^_^
DeleteThe second photo looks stunning. I'm quite bad at painting my nails in general let alone doing cool patterns. Great post. x

Thanks a lot! ☺
DeleteDas erste gefällt mir am besten, aber generell ist Nail Art nichts für mich. Ich bin froh, wenn ich es schaffe, meine Nägel halbwegs ordentlich zu lackieren, für den Rest fehlt mir die Geduld.
ReplyDeleteLindaLibraLoca: Beauty, Baby and Backpacking
An manchen Designs, die ich ausprobiere, verzweifle ich auch in regelmäßigen Abständen - ich sehe das ganze einfach als Geduldstraining ^_^
Deletegreat post !!

DeleteWow I really loved all of these! You do such a great job with nails. I am not patient enough or steady enough to do designs, so I tend to just stick to short single polish colored ones.
ReplyDeleteRae | love from berlin
Thank you so much! ☺
DeleteIt has definitely taken me some time to develop the patience to do certain designs but I still go for a simple colour quite often when I just can't be bothered ^_^
Wow your nails look look amazing!

Thank you so much! This shade from wet'n'wild is definitely one of my all-time favourite shades as well - the colour is so nice, the application with the wide brush is super easy and it lasts amazingly long on my nails without chipping ☺
DeleteI know I've already commented but I am really loving this nail design and colour - it's absolutely gorgeous!!! Haha :)

DeleteYour nails look amazing! I've been tried to make sure I keep my nails painted lately, otherwise I'll bite them down to nothing. I'm loving Essie "fun in the gondola" right now, and I keep finding essie polishes for amazing prices!

Thanks a lot! ☺
DeleteI've seen swatches of 'fun in the gondola' before and this kind of shade is totally up my street! I actually own a KIKO polish that is quite similar to it ^_^
Finding nail polishes at bargain prices always gets me so excited. I recently snatched a set of three Essie polishes for the price of one at TK Maxx :))
This is so great!! I love playing with my nails <3 Thank you for giving me some inspiration :)
