The Versatile Blogger Award

I've recently been nominated by the lovely Jo from Say Cheesy Cake to do the Versatile Blogger Award. I’m very grateful for her nomination as she’s one of the first bloggers I've started to follow and she always puts so much love and effort into her posts!
I think this is quite an enjoyable tag as you’re supposed to tell the reader 7 facts about yourself which is great for getting to know everyone a little more personally.
So, without further or do - here are the 7 facts about myself:

I. My absolute favourite movie series is (and will certainly always be) Harry Potter. Normally, I’d rarely watch any film more than twice but I've seen all of these so many times that I know practically every single scene by heart now.

II. You could say my personal interests are kind of diverging. Although I’m obsessed with beauty and anything girly, I also love playing video games and occupying myself with techy stuff.

III. This might not come as much of a surprise to you when you've been reading my blog for a while but  I have an absolute sweet tooth. I've been loving all kinds of goodies since I was little and still do up to this day.

IV. I have naturally curly hair and absolutely hate it - hair straighteners are basically my best friends.

V. When I was younger, I decided that would be my lucky number because I was born on 05/05/1995.

VI. Vanilla is my all-time favourite scent. Either it is perfumes, lip butters, shower gels, body butters, scented candles or anything else of that sort – if there’s a vanilla option available, you can be sure that I’ll go for it!

VII. Although German is my native language, I constantly catch myself thinking in English. This is probably because I’m surrounded by this language so much either on blogs, YouTube, other social media, in TV shows or so many other places in my everyday life.

I hope you enjoyed reading these random pieces of information about myself.
I'd love to see the following bloggers write their own 7 facts about themselves:

Don't forget to let me know if you've done the tag because I love to be a little nosy and take a sneak peak into someone's personal life! ☺

  8. The last one made me smile, because I can totally relate to that. English isn't my native language either, but I even started dreaming in English, which is... weird. I often find myself unable to express myself in my native language, because the English words pops up in my head, but there's no correct translation for the word whatsoever. Like, have you ever tried to explain the words "weird," "awkward" or "bummer" in your native tounge? Won't work, hahaha. Also: Yay for Harry Potter!

    1. I totally feel the same way as you! I also often find myself looking for a corresponding word in German but I can only come up with the English expression. I always end up having to use a whole sentence in German, although I could simply explain it in one English word ^_^

  9. Harry Potter is also my absolute favourite series of all time, it's just perfect! Not a single fault imho haha!! <3 <3 And Vanilla is also my favourite scent, it's so lovely and sweet and relaxing! I wish I had curly hair, I'm curling mine so much (it's naturally so straight I don't often need to straighten it!)

  12. Thank you so much Lena for doing the tag. I love learning more about you through this post and it's always a pleasure to read your posts anyway. I love the illustrations, the artist in you always shines through. Also, I love vanilla and have always been looking for the perfect vanilla perfume as I want to smell like vanilla ice cream! Wouldn't that just be nice?! Take care Lena.

I think I've actually found my perfect vanilla perfume in the "vanilla brulée" eau de toilette by the body shop! It probably comes as close to actual vanilla ice cream as a perfume can get ^_^
